Driver of the Year 2022/2023

The moment we’ve been waiting for almost a year has come.
We announced the 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐/𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑.
In the face of stiff competition, there was one person who truly deserved this award like no one else!

And this year’s winner is PRZEMYSŁAW CHWALCZUK!!!!
Przemek started working in March 2022. He is one of the youngest drivers in the Arrow Trans Corp team. He came through the driver sponsorship program. His dream was to come to the United States, drive professionally, and explore the country at the same time. He drives everywhere whenever there are loads for him. He has already visited almost the entire US by truck. There is no route he doesn’t want or task he wouldn’t take on. Always smiling, always eager to help. Sometimes we must force him to rest because even when he has time off, he wants to help with other tasks, such as helping in the warehouse.

We would like to thank everyone for their dedication and the daily effort they put into their work. Without all of you, Arrow Trans wouldn’t be where it is today! We truly appreciate it! Once again, we wish Przemek all the best on his journey to fulfilling his American dream!

After being awarded the prize, he selflessly donated half of it to the charitable organization supporting poor children! This act of kindness truly exemplifies Przemek’s humility and compassion. HUUGE THANK YOU Przemek!
